oF-thetaEquirectangular

This openFrameworks example convert the dual fish-eye images from RICOH THETA S to panorama images on realtime.

Equirectangular shaders are based on http://qiita.com/zinziroge/items/3676b4e0f7715fa60336 by zinziroge.
